新コミュニティ発表。

　2018年3月から1D1U オンラインコミュニティーを2か月に1回開催しておりますが、来月からさらに新しいコミュニティーを立ち上げることに決まりました。これまでの、1D1U Spin-off Campが終了し、代わりに新コミュニティーになる運びです。

　1D1U Campは、アウトプット習慣が主でしたので、新しいコミュニティーは、インプットとアウトプットと相互に行われることになるでしょう。

　コミュニティーの名は、「ALL EARS」。傾聴スキルを学ぶ場です。数年前から考えていたことでしたが、昨年ChatGPTとの共著で傾聴スキルを磨くための本をkindleにまとめたことで、それを教科書として、オンラインでの学びの場を提供できるのではないかと、ようやく実現可能になったという感じです。

 
定期的な読書会とディスカッションセッションの開催：メンバーが一緒に本を朗読し、各セクションや章について深く掘り下げることで、傾聴力のスキルを実践的に学ぶ機会を提供します。それぞれのセッションで、参加者に感想や学びを共有してもらい、他のメンバーの意見に耳を傾けることで、傾聴力を養うことができます。

　リピーターの皆さんにもご相談させていただきまして、その中のやりとりから、コミュニティーのネーミングも決まり、さらにTシャツを制作することにもなりました。(笑)

New Community Announcement

Since March 2018, we have been hosting the 1D1U online community bi-monthly. However, starting next month, we have decided to launch a new community. This comes as the 1D1U Spin-off Camp concludes, making way for this new community.

The 1D1U Camp primarily focused on output habits. Therefore, the new community will engage in both input and output activities.

The name of the community is "ALL EARS," a place to learn listening skills. This has been in consideration for a few years, and last year, after co-authoring a book on enhancing listening skills with ChatGPT, which was compiled on Kindle, it finally seemed feasible to use this book as a textbook to provide an online learning space.

Hosting regular reading groups and discussion sessions: We provide an opportunity for members to practically learn listening skills by reading books together and delving deeply into each section or chapter. In each session, participants are encouraged to share their thoughts and learnings, fostering listening skills by attentively listening to the opinions of other members.

After consulting with our repeat participants, we decided on the community's name and even proceeded to make T-shirts. (Laugh)

There are not just one color; you can choose from about 50 colors. (Laugh)

By the way, there is also an entrance exam. (Laugh) This is not about credential business but rather creating a space for those who want to develop listening skills in their everyday life and work. If you wish to enroll in "ALL EARS University," please decide on the color of your T-shirt!
